We are proud to be part of the coalition of cities, municipal governments, businesses, investors, and educational institutions that have joined the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change’s Race to Zero.
In joining this initiative, Arcadis has pledged to reach net zero greenhouse gas emissions as soon as possible. We have committed to do this by 2035. We have also set an interim goal of cutting our overall emissions in half by 2028. Additionally, we have spelled out what actions we will take to achieve this goal and will report publicly on our progress.
We see this as not only our responsibility as a global company and citizen, but also as an important way to contribute to a strong signal to the world’s governments that there is no more time to waste. It's time to create a net zero, resilient and truly inclusive world.
