Five-year Enterprise Decision Analytics program will implement cutting-edge solution for optimized investments in transportation infrastructure
7 May 2024 - Arcadis (EURONEXT: ARCAD), a leading global design and consultancy firm for natural and built assets, has been awarded a groundbreaking digital asset management contract with the Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO). This notable achievement marks the largest Enterprise Decision Analytics contract ever for Arcadis.
The five-year commitment, with an additional five-year renewal option, marks a significant milestone for Arcadis and underscores the company's dedication to being the world’s leading asset management organization, supporting clients in optimizing the performance of their built assets through the lifecycle planning, design, construction, maintenance, and operation stages.
Leveraging state-of-the-art technology and innovative solutions, Arcadis will spearhead the transformation of MTO's legacy systems, consolidating disparate assets into a centralized transportation asset management system.

The scope of the MTO project extends beyond highways and bridges to encompass assets including lighting, traffic signals, overhead signs, northern airports, and intelligent transportation systems. By integrating these assets into a unified system, Arcadis aims to streamline and optimize investment planning, enhance data sharing, and enhance operational efficiency for MTO.
