The inaugural edition of the Arcadis Construction Market View report showcases a positive overview on Ireland’s construction industry. A woman leisurely walks down a park path surrounded by lush pink trees, capturing a moment of tranquility in nature.

The Arcadis Ireland Market View highlights factors that shape the outlook. Starting with workload, there is an anticipated 5% increase in new build output this year, as well as a 10% increase in house completions, due to greater demand and more government investment in housing development. For materials, prices have remained stable over the past 12 months, although higher energy costs may change this. The latest data on workforce and earnings show an upward trend while contractor availability is currently adequate for market demand.
