Arcadis reports transactions under its current share buyback program

Amsterdam, November 11, 2024 – Arcadis (EURONEXT: ARCAD), the leading data driven global Design & Consultancy organization for natural and built assets, has repurchased 39,537 of its own shares in the period 4 November – 8 November 2024 at an average price of €65.18. The total consideration of this repurchase was €2,576,847. The repurchase is in accordance with the share buyback program to cover existing and expected future obligations under Arcadis’ employee incentive plans, as announced on 4 October 2024

The total number of shares repurchased under this program to date is 332,894 shares for a total consideration of €21,504,939 at an average price of €64.60.
