As a result of our listing on Euronext Amsterdam, ARCADIS is obliged to prepare rules to prevent the use of insider knowledge by its directors, employees, and so-called "insiders". The rules are included in the Regulations regarding transactions in ARCADIS securities.

In line with these Regulations, annually so called ‘closed periods’ are determined. During these periods directors and insiders are prevented from trading irrespective of having insider knowledge.

Closed periods in 2013:
Wednesday 9 January up to and including Tuesday 26 February 2013
Tuesday 26 March up to and including Monday 22 April 2013
Wednesday 3 July up to and including Tuesday 30 July 2013
Wednesday 25 September up to and including Tuesday 22 October 2013
